I'm sure it's coming back. When I went to AGPNY for Elizabeth's debut, the Noah's Ark Toy was on the list of items that could be pre-ordered.

ETA: When I went to Elizabeth's debut a woman in the historiccal floor showed my a binder full of the new things and Noah's Ark was in it.
